Istanbul spans two continents, and daily travel between the European and Anatolian sides can take very different amounts of time depending on the hour, the day and the weather. For executives who are new to the city, a private driver removes the stress of navigation, parking and unfamiliar traffic rules, and turns travel time into working or resting time. A good driver also knows which bridge or tunnel connection is likely to be fastest at a given hour and will tell you the estimated arrival time before you leave.
Many foreign companies choose a driver staffing model instead of hiring a driver directly. In this model the driver is employed and managed by the service provider, who is also responsible for selection, document checks, scheduling, backup cover and quality follow-up. Your company gives day-to-day instructions about the programme and pays a monthly invoice. Because legal details of service procurement depend on your company's circumstances, we recommend that your legal and finance advisers review the contract.
We meet guests at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen with flight tracking and a name board, help with luggage and transfer them to the hotel or office. For delegations we plan several drivers with a written operation plan covering meeting points, routes, timing and a single point of contact. Airport pick-up rules can change; we confirm current procedures before each programme.
For families who relocate to Istanbul, a driver can also help with school runs, medical appointments and weekend programmes under clearly defined terms: working days and hours, the scope of duties, child-safety rules and confidentiality. Selection includes a conversation with the family and a trial period if requested.
A confidentiality clause is part of every contract. Drivers do not share information about schedules, addresses or conversations heard in the vehicle. Personal data is processed in line with Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and only for the purpose of delivering the service.
We issue invoices to corporate customers. Pricing depends on duration, working days and hours, driver profile, area and backup needs, so we prepare a written quote for each request. Whether the cost can be treated as an expense is a tax question; please consult your accountant.
